4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6.3 Generated CVs

CVs you create using our Service are your property. You may download, share, and use them for any lawful purpose. We do not claim ownership of your generated CVs.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in employment or career advancement. The effectiveness of your CV depends on many factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CV GENERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or malware transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination. We are not obligated to store your data after termination.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
